Fantasty Television League: Week 9 Scores

Fantasy Television League (Fall 2006)
Aside from a flip-flop between second and third place, the top twelve remained mostly unchanged. Actually, unchanged is precisely what should be said for most of the league. This can be blamed (or thanked) on the television audience settling into the new season. By this point, people know what shows they like and what shows they don’t. Still, sweeps is starting so we might see a boost in certain series ratings. Also, a few new series will be premiering, though I think most were announced after the league started, meaning their only effect on us will be if they can knock off an existing hit.

Plus, the trading deadline was Sunday, and there was little movement. Get all the info after the jump…

This week’s free-agent moves:

  • A Glut of TV dropped Celebrity Duets for The Bachelor

Since we’re technically a week behind the actual television ratings, we won’t see sweeps numbers for two weeks. Nevertheless, we’ve entered the back stretch of the season. Good luck.

The full list (as well as point totals) can be found on the raw data page.

One Response to “Fantasty Television League: Week 9 Scores”

  1. Mr. MS Says:

If it wasn’t for the imminent doom of Studio 60, I’d say I’m a lock for the top three (dare I say first?) of this whole TV league fiasco. Damn you, Aaron Sorkin! Damn you!!!

And that’s my smack talk for the week.
