I get off work tonight and scurry (that’s right scurry) down to Dundee to see the academy award nominated film “No Man’s Land”- I was a little panicked because i was running late. I get there only to find out that I, Rick Pecoraro, was the ONLY person in the entire metro area to want to see that movie tonight, and so they weren’t going to show it. They gave me a free pass, and I went on my way. HOW CAN THIS BE! NO ONE! There is so much wrong with this picture.
To add to this: I went to Super Target to see if they have the new “Say Anything” DVD. I go up to generic Target girl and the following takes place:
Rick: Um, do you have “Say Anything” on DVD.
Girl: Yeah- let me check.
Rick: I think it was released this week, so…
Girl: We have it, and actually, the title is “Don’t Say a Word”
Rick: Well, no actually I’m looking for “Say Anything” with John Cusack
Girl: Oh. We don’t have that.
