Bateman’s back (only more streamier).

Trio, the dead digital cable network owned by Bravo, used to have this show called Brilliant But Canceled, which would showcase some of the brilliant and canceled programming that gets tossed every year from the networks.  Some of these shows include the television version of Fargo starring Edie Falco and the Robert Altman created series Gun among others. When Trio disappeared, so did the series… but not for long!

Trio, which still has a web-presence, is launching a site BrilliantButCanceled.com dedicated to the series.  It launches May 23rd and will showcase many canceled series in their entirety.  This includes The Jake Effect, which stars Jason Bateman in a pre-Arrested Development role.

    The Jake Effect will air this Thursday at 8pm on Bravo. Six episodes of the show, all in a row.
